this is my 2nd Z1050 camera that i have purchased. I love this camera especially since it has underwater housing that is available for it.
A bit hard to follow but they were rigging gold markets before, so why not also now? One more argument that GATA is right. Gold is suppresed so if the suppresion scheme fails owners of physical gold can make nice money.

consider the Panasonic FX01 (or newer FX07 or FX50). It's cheap, has excellent image quality, built in OIS and has a 28mm wide angle.
Or- If you want the ONLY compact camera that takes clean high ISO photos (low light sensitivity)- Go with the Fuji F30/F20.
