To evaluate your own performance, you start with a statement of expectations for your position, and then also have in front of you a statement of expectations for the position you want to show you are ready for.
Now, provide details that demonstrate that you have met all expectations, demonstrate that you have gone beyond the limits of your job description in the direction of the job you want.
Demonstrate that you have done whatever is needed to prepare yourself for that advancement, courses, mentoring, etc.
A big one… haveyou been helping other staff members to prepare to fill your shoes? You may not be promotable if your job will not be filled. You may be held back if you are not seen as a mentor to others, seen by other people, not just yourself.
If you demonstrate that those you have been mentoring have made good progress, you might think that this would be promoting them instead of yourself, but management is looking for those who can and will get others to perform better.
If there have been any complaints that come back to you, you should acknowledge them and identify what you have done to reduce or eliminate them. Avoid finding fault with others in this exercise. Part of the process is to show that you are getting the problem fixed, even if it means helping someone else to do better. In fact, demonstrating that you are negotiating to get problems fixed is a big plus.

The simplest setting?. Keep you camera in Aperture Priority mode and let the camera choose the shutter speed. ISO as appropriate (about 800).
What lens are you using?, keep a wide aperture to allow more light in to keep the shutter speed high. use a tripod or monopod if you can.
The main concern for me would be white balance, churches are difficult because of various light sources and different parts of the church are always lighter/darker than another. Use a Grey Card for setting your white balance.

I have a Canon PowerShot SD1200IS 10 MP Digital Camera. It has 3x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom and 2.5-inch LCD. It is a good deal at Amazon for $177! I paid way more for mine.

My friend had the same problem. He ended up calling the manufacturer.
You might try formatting the sd card in your camera first, apparently Bushnell uses either a FAT 16 or FAT 12 file system.
To quote their manual "You don’t need to be concerned about the file system format of the
BUSHNELL TROPHY CAM unless you have problems with reading the SD
card by your equipment. If this happens, please format the SD card in a
BUSHNELL TROPHY CAM or in a computer at first and then insert the card
into your camera to make a try."
Bushnell's number is (800) 423-3537, I'm sure they would know!
You might consider my camera. Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H2.
Being phased out for other models. 6 megapixels, 12X optical zoom. Very good on AA rechargeables, has image stabilizer, manual controls in addition to auto, comes with battery charger, and 1 second delay between shots. Gives excellent 8X10 print, acceptable 11X14.
I just looked at that list–and I realized that the rankings are irrelevant. Most crimes happen off campus–almost all rapes, for example, take place off-campus in frat houses (many colleges do not allow frats or sororities to live on campus.) Johns Hopkins is rated number 1 and given an A? Funny, because I know a girl who walked in on her best friend bleeding to death from a stab wound. He was a Johns Hopkins student and lived off campus (note 'off campus' usually means very close to the school–in this kids case, it was about 1 block away.) And Amherst College is given a B? Strange, because my boyfriend goes there, and their campus security is extremely tight.

You can add color to a black and white image in ANY version of Photoshop, and most other digital graphics applications.
You have to understant that this is not some automatic feature that instantly turns a black and white image into a color photograph. The software has now way of knowing what colors were present when the photograph was taken. The user has to, basically, "paint" in the colors, one by one in the area the user wants. Success depends on the skill of the user.
