If you own a D70 you simply can’t be without this item. Because Nikon chose not to include a mechanical cable release option (or an electronic one either), it is difficult to shoot at slow shutter speeds, even on a tripod, without getting camera shake affecting your images. You can use the timer, but that doesn’t always work for your shooting situation. With this remote, you get the same basic operation as a cable release as well as a bonus that you can put yourself in front of the lens and use the remote to trip the shutter release. It also works in combination with the self timer. One small concern is that because it’s an IR remote, you must point it at the sensor, which is on the front of the camera. This can be awkward standing behind a tripod, but not seriously. I really enjoy using this product.
Well…its a remote.
I use it with my d50 and it works to about 30 ft. When I get the shot composed, I press the timer button 2x to get the camera ready to shoot, press the button and step out, or sit down and press the button during group shots.
In bulb mode I do the same. Press the timer 3x to get it ready, press to start the shot and step away. Come back and press the button again and it stops the shot.
Works just like it is supposed to.
One thing to remember is to set the camera’s time to receive the signal. The camera automatically turns the IR off after a certian amount of time. If this happens, it won’t accept it until you turn it back on. If you’ll be taking a lot of shots, just change the camera’s setting to look for the remote for 5 minutes or so.
It’s no surprise that when you stand in front of the camera and push the
button, the remote triggers the shutter. There does seem to be some
confusion in reviews, both here and elsewhere, as to the remote’s ability
to focus the lens before triggering the shutter.
This remote is capable of focusing the lens before triggering the shutter.
However, it will not focus the lens if the photographer has already
pushed the shutter release button on the camera half way down to focus
the image or if you are shooting in Manual mode and have AF-C set as
the Autofocus mode.
This means that if you are composing a photograph and push the shutter
button half way down to focus the image and you then stand in front of
the camera and push the remote button, the image will not focus
because you’ve already pushed the camera shutter release button half
way down to focus. To get the image to focus while you are standing in
front of the camera, compose the shot but do not push the camera’s
shutter release button half way down, get in front of the camera and
then push the button.

Checking out a new comparison chart on wireless pricing, I realized that we have a two-tiered level of competition when it comes to mobile plans (three if we count prepaid), and that voice has been utterly commoditized, which means data plans are going to stay pricey.

The camera doesn't determine the quality. Part of taking good pictures is using the right lens, but picture quality is mostly determined by the photographer.
Canon and Nikon are really good camera brands. Personally, I'd go with a Canon, but it's up to you to get the camera that has what you need.

I'm at True Coffee Digital Gateway 1st floor (Digital Gateway, Pathum Wan).
Ooooh that LOCKED cable connection really sucks…it prevents access that you need.
Your only choice is to call Comcast and RENT a second box from them…they'll do the installation for you.
I have always used Photoshop until now, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom is also good and you can export an entire batch with a copyright on them, I think you can also embed the copyright logo on the front of all the pics in just a few clicks although I haven't tried that part yet. You can also export to disk as a read only. This program is a bought one, but only costs about USD$99. It's worth it if making images copyright is important:)
Your probably not pregnant unfortunatly, the digital test doesn't work the same as a regular test.
obviously you can connect a wireless router to the cable router.what u are doing is just giving connection to the wireless router ,which will then splits the connection.

Hi Kate-Ann,
I go with everything already said, but it can be free.
It just depends where you live.
I have stayed in Pattaya and Bangkok hotels and condos many times and if I'm lucky enough, there's a cafe, bar or even hotel or something within range that you can link to.
Or many coffee bars, regular bars and some restaurants offer free wireless Internet to their patrons.
I bet some schools and colleges too.
The laptop will search for all the connections within range automatically so you could get a Wifi-enabled friend to come around and scan your area for you.

HA FIRST TO CMT IT hmmm not bad i guess…
this is why women shouldnt be astronauts… theres no point they are not as physicaly strong and loose shit like the other girl astronaut that lost a tool bag.. you know how much it cost to get all of that into orbittttt
No. The D90 can though.
Tesla never thought of a magnetic field. The technoligies involved are different from the usual electric field electricity. It is so far efficient for replacing a battery which makes it inetersting, it can replace wires that are meant to charge things other than provide direct full scale electricity. Besides technology always improve, so probably that efficiency would rise as the years go by. I’m sure during Tesla’s times there were lots of conspiracy t.’s, and people who didn’t want to believe
You can add color to a black and white image in ANY version of Photoshop, and most other digital graphics applications.
You have to understant that this is not some automatic feature that instantly turns a black and white image into a color photograph. The software has now way of knowing what colors were present when the photograph was taken. The user has to, basically, "paint" in the colors, one by one in the area the user wants. Success depends on the skill of the user.
1) set the white balance to incandescent
2) set the camera to aperture priority — shoot wide open
3) set the ISO high enough to produce shutter speeds high enough hand hold the camera without getting blur caused by camera movement

I'm a Canon guy so I can't answer your question, sorry! But I can't imagine that what you want to do is as difficult as fotoace is suggesting.
Even though I also create folders, for my Canon, everything downloads into those folders, automatically creating sub-folders by date. Because that's the way I chose it in the utilities menu. Do you have such a menu in the Nikon software you use to download, from the camera, not a card reader.
If the remote doesn't have the codes for the box, you're kind of out of luck. If it wasn't in there when it was manufactured, your best bet might be to ask comcast for an older box. This would be a problem if you're trying to use HD which would require a newer box. Having said that, I've been through three or four generations of Motorola boxes and so far they've all used the same I/R commands. You might want to try some of the other codes in the cable box category, just for kick. Nothing ventured nothing gained!
Good Luck!
People like you are my problem.

Try to see if you can restore factory defaults. If you can't, call the service provider (if available) or manufacturer for a rest password.
