First do your research on every home the you're interested in. Remember alot of Foreclosed homes are sold as is by the bank. You can either buy and REO (foreclosed home which is bank owned) or you can buy a SHORT SALE Home(still owned by person but bank will accept less than they owe) you can get deals both ways. Short sale homes and REO homes can be provided by your local realtor. And also for Foreclosure homes you can go to the county court house and Bid on them against other people, but make sure you do your research.
Good Luck

the most obvious giveaway hint to me was at the very end, his feet. Left foot was closer to the mirror, but in the image, it was further away (without u making any moves). I thought you gave it away on purpose though, since you actually filmed both the image and real one’s feet at the end. Nice marketing video anyhow.

Same here–not a camera, but a lens. I have Nikkor 35 mm f 2.8 PC. It's a "shift" lens. I was able to take photos of buildings where they would normally appear like they were tilting back with this.
Am thinking about getting the 24 mm one for my Canon. I hardly think I will use it often to justify it though.
Recently bought Canon 135 mm f 2. It's very sharp–but when used at wide open, the depth of field is paper thin. Click on "all sizes" to see larger one. http://www.flickr.com/photos/little_pooky/2559096530/
I respect that aspect but I’m not the kind of person that puts my camera in auto and just shoots anything and everything with hopes of getting a good shot. I rarely have my camera in auto. Every once in a while when I’m at a family gathering do I slap it in auto. Sure the D40’s takes a bit more time to get good control over a photo but once you do it does take some awesome pictures.
Your Rock Man!!!
My friend had the same problem. He ended up calling the manufacturer.
You might try formatting the sd card in your camera first, apparently Bushnell uses either a FAT 16 or FAT 12 file system.
To quote their manual "You don’t need to be concerned about the file system format of the
BUSHNELL TROPHY CAM unless you have problems with reading the SD
card by your equipment. If this happens, please format the SD card in a
BUSHNELL TROPHY CAM or in a computer at first and then insert the card
into your camera to make a try."
Bushnell's number is (800) 423-3537, I'm sure they would know!

“Spark is CBC’s weekly audio blog of smart and unexpected trendwatching. As its website states, “it’s not just technology for gearheads, it’s about the way technology affects our lives, and the world around us.” ICH Development Officer Dale Jarvis spoke with Spark host Nora Young about the digital shift in cultural fieldwork, and how we are using digital technology in Newfoundland and Labrador as a tool to better record, share, safeguard and transmit our province’s intangible cultural heritage.”
There are some RVs that are made for cold weather living, ex. Teton. The nice thing is if you get fed up with the area or climate you can just move rather then wait to sell . Nice during this iffy times. Now you will be looking at down sizing of your stuff. Just the basics. But, It can be a real nice way to live.
Funny – I didn’t even notice the music until you mentioned it.
